As co-founder of First Solutions Group, Jon brings over 15 years of recruiting consulting experience with a proven track record of building and leading successful Business Development and Recruiting teams across various U.S. markets.
Before founding First Solutions Group, Jon served as the West Region Vice President for a similar company, where he established Technology recruiting as a new sector, growing it to nearly 30% of the company’s annual revenue by his second year. Prior to being a VP, he co-founded a recruiting and staffing company in 2010, growing the company to $50 million in annual revenue within a decade.
Jon is deeply committed to serving as a go-to partner for his clients. He continues to develop innovative processes and training programs that empower his teams to be the trusted experts in Technology and Engineering recruiting. Jon also embraces the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, integrating new tools and strategies to deliver top-tier service in a constantly evolving industry.
Outside of work, Jon and his wife, Jacqueline, are the proud pet parents of a Flat-Coated Retriever named Kirby and a large orange cat named Phin. In his spare time, Jon is restoring a classic 1964 Ford Mustang convertible, which he enjoys taking out with his family. He and Jacqueline have a deep love for the Colorado mountains and dream of one day owning a home in Steamboat.

In his personal life, Logan has a wife and two young boys, eight chickens, a dog, and a leopard gecko. He enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking his family meals, reading good books, and spending time with his friends and family.

Grant’s expertise lies in understanding the nuances of his clients' needs, matching skill sets, culture, and personality to create ideal partnerships. He is deeply committed to building strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their success, which has earned him top performer status for multiple years.
